Individual Therapy

I offer 50 minute therapy sessions in-person or virtual. I work with clients struggling with childhood neglect, family of origin issues, adult children of alcoholics/dysfunctional families, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, relational issues, and codependency. I welcome work those who identify as polyamorous or non-monogamous and those involved in the kink community. I offer a safe space for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals and actively work to build awareness and take ownership of my privilege.

50 minute sessions - $150

I accept cash, check, cards and I am in network with Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, UMR, Oscar, and Oxford plans. I am also in the VA Community Care Network. For plans I am out of network with, I can provide a superbill.
